Teenager dies after car crashes through garden fence

A teenager has died after a car ploughed through a garden fence and knocked him over.

The 16-year-old, named locally as Bradley Galvin, died on Saturday night in Coventry when the car left the road at a mini roundabout.

A neighbour, who did jot wish to be named, said he was a popular boy.

“Everybody loved him,” she said. “Everybody in the area knew him, I can’t believe he’s died, he’ll be missed so much.”

Floral tributes have been left at the scene, in the small front garden of the terraces house where the crash happened, as well as Easter eggs.

Crowds of wellwishers have gathered outside the house to pay there respects.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about what happened in the Willenhall area of the city.
