PUMPING STATION SOLD FOR £70,000 AT AUCTION BECAUSE IT EARNS £10K

A small pumping station sold for a whopping £70,000 at auction last week because locals in Upper Beeding, West Sussex, pay £10,400 annually to the owner – to remove their sewage.
