Rixos Hotels Egypt Collects Seven All-Inclusive Honours at 2026 World Travel Awards

HURGHADA, Egypt: The all-inclusive holiday, where flights, food, drinks and entertainment fold into a single price, remains the format Egypt does best, and Rixos Hotels Egypt has just been rewarded for it. At the World Travel Awards Africa Gala Ceremony 2026, staged on 28 August 2026 in Zanzibar, Tanzania, the operator secured seven separate titles across its Egyptian portfolio.

The strength of that result rests on a familiar promise. Guests booking one of Rixos Hotels’ Egyptian resorts arrive to find dining, beach access, family programming and water attractions already accounted for, and it is precisely those all-inclusive pillars that the judges singled out. The wins span the brand’s properties in Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada and Alexandria, covering everything from adults-only escapes to family-focused seaside stays.

Where the all-inclusive model paid off

The seven titles reach into the categories that matter most to a package holidaymaker: value-packed all-inclusive stays, beachfront living, family programming and headline water-park entertainment. The full list of 2026 honours is set out below.

  • Africa’s Leading Water Park 2026, Aqua Park, Rixos Premium Seagate, Egypt
  • Egypt’s Leading All-Inclusive Resort 2026, Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only 18+
  • Egypt’s Leading Beach Resort 2026, Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas
  • Egypt’s Leading Family Resort 2026, Rixos Premium Seagate
  • Egypt’s Leading Heritage Hotel 2026, Rixos Montaza Alexandria
  • Egypt’s Leading Luxury Hotel Villa 2026, Premium Villa @ Club Prive by Rixos Sharm El Sheikh
  • Egypt’s Leading Resort 2026, Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas

A portfolio built around the guest

The spread of categories illustrates how the group has segmented its all-inclusive offer. Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only 18+ took the flagship all-inclusive resort title, while Rixos Premium Seagate landed recognition for both its family credentials and its Aqua Park, the latter judged the strongest anywhere on the continent. Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas doubled up as leading beach resort and leading resort, and Rixos Montaza Alexandria carried off the heritage hotel honour.

Reflecting on the haul, Mr. Erkan Yildirim, Managing Director of Rixos Hotels Egypt, said: “We are extremely proud to receive seven World Travel Awards. This recognition reflects the dedication of our teams and our continued commitment to delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences. We sincerely thank our guests and partners for their trust and support.”

For a brand whose reputation rests on the everything-included stay, the clean sweep across resort, beach, family and water-park categories offers independent confirmation that the model is landing with travellers. The results were confirmed at the World Travel Awards Africa gala, one of the most closely watched benchmarks in the global travel calendar.
